Jetta
Jetta is the manufacturer of high-end tubs and bathroom products. They were getting feedback from some of their older aged customers expressing frustration with configuring their walk-in tubs on their website. Jetta reached out to us to help craft a solution, after interviewing dozens of potential customers, it became clear that there were simply too many options. We developed a website specifically for the walk-in tubs and streamlined the selection process by asking a few simple questions. We had the added challenge of building this website on Jetta’s internal ERP system, so the order could be routed directly to the manufacturing floor when the tub was configured.
